Krissy Hawkes left home at age 17 and spent many years traveling, working in the world of fashion. She also married a rock star and mothered three incredible children, which has been the greatest gift of all. However, the stress of everyday life was slowly wearing her down. This drove her to find another way and put into practice any and all available resources and discoveries to become the best version of herself possible.

The quest for self improvement led her to delve deeper into understanding how the mind, body and spirit connection influences our health, energy and how we feel. She loves empowering others with tools so they can make the choices and the changes to live a full, healthy and happy life.
